Check Your Eligibility
We encourage you to reach out to us and discuss whether you’re eligible, or visit the official NDIS website for an overview of eligibility requirements.
SDA eligibility requires, firstly, that the person is a registered NDIS participant. Once NDIS participation is established, generally there are two pathways for SDA eligibility:
- Extreme functional impairment – someone who needs assistance in mobility, self care or self management, and/or who has a high need for person-to-person support.
- Very high support needs – someone who previously lived in shared support accommodation and/or requires very high person-to-person care.
We understand that the information provided by the NDIS with respect the SDA can be overwhelming at a first glance, as can be the Australian property and housing market. Our trusted team, who boast over 90 years combined experience in disability services, property development, investment and construction, are here to help you navigate the process and support you, every step of the way.
